I. Product Profile
DK - ZL3000 papermaking retention aid is a kind of quaternary ammonium salt cationic copolymerization organic polymer compound produced by introducing foreign technology and using imported raw materials. This product has the following characteristics: the effective concentration is high, 10 - 15 times higher than that of other liquid retention AIDS;  Good fluidity, simple and rapid dissolution, no blockiness, granule and simple operation;  Has strong adaptability and is widely applicable to various paper species produced by various pulps.

III. Product Efficacy
1. significantly increase the retention rate of fine fibers and fillers and reduce pulp consumption.
2. significantly reduce the concentration of white water under the net, reduce the loss of fine fibers and fillers, and reduce the pollution load of white water.
3. improving the water filtration capacity and increasing the wet strength is beneficial to increasing the speed of the paper machine and increasing the output.
4. it does not have pungent smell and still has good fluidity at lower temperature.
Iv. Methods of use
1. dosage: 0.3 - 0.8 kg / ton paper ( adjust dosage according to different raw materials and technological requirements ).
2. after the dilution tank is filled with clean water, start stirring, slowly add the auxiliary agent, and at the same time inject clean water to an appropriate amount ( the dilution concentration of the auxiliary agent is usually 1 ‰ - 3 ‰ ).
3. stirring for 20 to 30 minutes and continuously adding the mixture into a papermaking system by a flow pump.
V. Mechanism of action of this product in papermaking process
1. surface charge neutralization. pulp and filler are both charged with negative charge. after adding this product, the potential can be neutralized and lowered. when the potential is close to zero, micro-flocculation will be formed.
2. inlaying and binding. due to the electrostatic charge on the surface of this product, pulp and filler particles with negative charge on the surface can be attracted.
3. bridging and binding, the molecular weight of this product is very large, and it has enough molecular chains to bridge fibers with multiple solid fines, thus generating flocculation with each other.
4. due to the flocculation of fibers and solid fine materials, the clogging of the microporous structure between wet paper layers is reduced and the permeability of the paper is increased.
VI. Packaging and storage
This product is packaged in 200kg and 1000kg plastic barrels, and can also be packaged according to customer's requirements.
Stored at - 5 c - 30 c, shelf life: 3 months.
VII. Matters Needing Attention
This product should be mixed evenly by shaking before dilution, and the storage time after dilution of additives should be less than 3 days.
